mini-itx.com sell a lot of PC components based on the Mini ITX motherboard form factor. As well as components they sell complete kits to build with nothing more than a screwdriver and a range of pre-built systems. Sadly the pre-built systems come with a non-removable boat anchor of a proprietary operating system. As the kits are not pre-built retail units only an Honourable Mention can be awarded at this time.
