Infinity Computer Group have a range of desktops and laptops which can be ordered without operating system. The website isn’t that obvious about it, however they have confirmed that they are totally OK with people specifying a naked system.

We do desktops to order and from time to time we have done our own Infinity branded notebooks but we are not doing them at the moment. We may revisit this but its not happening right now (consequently were only selling the ‘big name brands’ at the moment). Sorry about the misunderstanding, but we definitely do naked desktops.
Oh… I forgot to say this of course does not mean that we cannot source a particular brand you might be after that might potentially be ‘unique’ in some way
