Emperor Linux supply a wide range of laptops including military grade rugged laptops. All come with Linux pre-installed and a custom kernel to ensure all the hardware is fully supported. They will pre-install a range of distros, but sadly no nakedness at the moment.

Sunday, May 10th, 2009mini-itx.com sell a lot of PC components based on the Mini ITX motherboard form factor. As well as components they sell complete kits to build with nothing more than a screwdriver and a range of pre-built systems. Sadly the pre-built systems come with a non-removable boat anchor of a proprietary operating system. As the kits are not pre-built retail units only an Honourable Mention can be awarded at this time.
