Ebuyer is a long established UK web-based discount dealer. Always has many OS-free machines on offer in the “desktop” and “server” categories. Also sells machines with Linux installed. Here’s their current cheapest desktop by way of an example: “Extra Value Business Desktop, Celeron E1400 2.0GHz, 4GB RAM, 320GB HDD, DVDRW, Card Reader, Keyboard and Mouse, NO OS, £198.37 inc vat & free delivery”.
Another 61 pence will secure you a somewhat faster machine with Ubuntu already installed.

PC Village is a bricks and mortar chain of store based in Toronto, Canada with six outlets across Southern Ontario. I have purchased over a dozen computer from them over the last 10 years for myself and others, from Desktops to Server units. All systems can be customized and there is no problem at all buying a bare system, either for Linux or a previous purchased OS from a computer being replaced.
I rate them an A+ for price, service and support. All systems come with a one year warrantee, on top of any factory warantees on the components. I have never had any problems getting service, even on systems several years old.

PCs For Everyone because everyone needs a naked PC! This friendly retail online store includes a proprietary operating system in the default configuration of their desktops and laptops but it is removable. Servers come naked by default. They lose a few points by having this:

as the icon that displays when you select the naked option. It strikes me that this:

would look much better. PCs For Everyone, if you want to use the logo then I am totally cool with that.

WOCOnline has a range of desktops, laptops and servers which they sell online and in the real world. The laptops protect their modesty, but the desktops and servers flaunt their nakedness (although the default configuration includes an operating system it is swiftly removed)

ZaReason have an online store with a selection of laptops, desktops and servers with various flavours of Ubuntu Linux pre-installed. Highlights include the Tux keyboard (with a Penguin on the super key) and even the laptops have a keyboard that isn’t an advertising hoarding for proprietary operating systems with the Ubuntu circle of friends logo on the super key. Also don’t miss the T-shirt for women and girls: “Friends help Friends use Linux”.
There isn’t a “naked” option in the operating system dropdown so they can only be awarded an Honourable Mention at this time, but it is a very honourable one!

CCL Online have a wide range of computers sold to home, education and business. Look for the (No OS) models. They lose some naked credibility with this line though: “Please Note: This PC will not function unless an Operating System (OS) is purchased.”. Oh yes it will. I didn’t see any naked laptops, do comment if you find one.

Ginger6 have a good selection of desktops for gamers and will custom build a PC to your specification. The default configuration and price is for the stark naked PC, top marks! They also do laptops, many with Linux, but I see no nakedness.
